Blue Tiger-ish M16

Just a blue tiger reskin i did for the M16. Now, let me tell you this now: This is not an overlay, I actually did the stripes one by one, so it took me about 20 minutes.

Put the materials folder from the zip to your insurgency folder and merge and/or replace if needed.
