Insurgency will not open.

"Steam has found a problem with your local game file. Game files will now be re-aquired from the Steam Servers."

When i try to open insurgency it will load for a few seconds then it stops and says this "Steam has found a problem with your local game file. Game files will now be re-aquired from the Steam Servers" Then i press OK and it loads for a few seconds. Then insurgency tries to open again but then i get the same message. It is like a loop. I have checked the steam help files but i found nothing.

    Open steam, go to the my games tab, right click on insurgency, select properties, go to the local files tab, click verify integrity of game cache.

    Delete local content (uninstall)

    And reinstall best option...
