Don't mind Kasumi, he's just bashing you.
Anyway, there's a simple answer to your question, and the answer is "No."

Isn't that like illegal? Since compiling things from other games other than what they originated from, is considered illegal? Unless it's stalker, i think.... Any ways, to sum it all up, no.

I'll explain the legalities of this but first I want to say this: Omnicron, knowingly doing something illegal is retarded. And would probably get you banned due to putting the site at risk. Moving on...

The reasons for porting being illegal are based on the original work's license. The majority of the time, the original author(s) reserve rights for modifying, distributing, claiming credit (I.E. not allowing others to call it their work, not necessarily gaining fame), and may employ copy protection. When released here, the first two reasons are always relevant, the third seems common, and the fourth is rare but still something to consider. However, there is nothing illegal about the process as long as none of these rules are broken. In cases of personal use, fair use laws may apply as well. There is, though, one thing to add: the process of cracking copy protection (AKA DRM) is illegal thanks to the stupid DMCA and teaching this process is therefore illegal too. What Omnicron is requesting is seemingly legal, if we make a few assumptions regarding where the MW2 models came from.

tl;dr It's legal so someone can help him if they want to but if you, Omnicron, still planned on doing this regardless of legality then you are an idiot.

Why would you even bother getting CODMW2 Models on Insurgency, Insurgency models are fine?

    No need to replace/modify those.
